My Corona Chronicle Series is about things I would not normally be doing if we were not living in the time of COVID-19. I’m cooking more and need to cook fast. This is my version of 2 frozen beef roasts done in record time with my Ninja Foodie (NF). I love all the options I have with my NF. I am exploring what I can do with it. I bought my NF from Amazon.
